Yoga, massage and sound bath sessions near Bideford, Great Torrington, Holsworthy and Shebbear in the the Torridge district of Devon, UK.

Nimblelimbs is an inclusive studio and is a non judgemental, safe and welcoming space for all body types and genders.

The studio is managed by Jennie Dodd an experienced dance and Yoga teacher who has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education; Secondary Dance, BA Honours Dance & Related Arts, Sports Massage Therapist, YTT 200hr Yoga Alliance, Group Exercise to Music Certicate.

Regular Yoga classes are on Mondays at 6.30pm, Wednesday at 10.15am and Thursdays at 6.30pm

Sports massage appointments are available during the week and on Saturday mornings.
